First timer in a local subway

This is an really upsetting thing to me. I was on a subway from Klang to

Sentul and this 2 persons were eating, yukking away happily in a train, below a sign that says no food, no drinks, no smoking etc. I wonder what else would they bother about, they don't care about any rules and regulations, would they care about law? at all? And it's an eye opening experience for me being a first timer on a local subway! Maybe it's really normal for some but it's shocking to me.

THIEVES!!!

1st sms i received on my cell phone toaday from dad : Chan's shoes (my bro in law) and my shoes are stolen!
Wonder how 1 has the nerves to do such thing, i always believe it takes a lot for someone to commit such act. Do they not have any conscience? The shoes is really no matter but to be a thief? It really hurts to know that many has no conscience at all!

Impermanance

flowers is a good example of "impermanent". Diff between the above 2 pics is 4 days....sigh....

HapPy nEw yeAr ! ! ! !

it's a brand new year again... thought i finally made up my mind to start a blog for a brand new year...at last...
Above is the first click of picture i shot in 2009 after getting my very first dslr... ~.~

It may seems a real gloomy year ahead to many especially with very negative reports from press all over the world. I was also feeling the effect of depression at first but however after some help from self-help books (e.g. A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle) and talks from gurus(Tsona Rinpoche, Ajahn Brahm), i started to understand that all of these are actually impermanent and they are law of nature. That stocks crashes, economy downturn, brancruptcies etc. will come to an end one day and no one could avoid it...and since we can't avoid it, why do we still worry anyway?
