HELP!!! cut it or leave it???

As usual when i wake up, my doggies will come running towards me to send me their wet kisses. This morning, My Schnauzer~Oscar, as he was rushing towards me, he accidentally knocked down 1 of the Phal pot. At first, i just picked up the pot and put it back. Later, when i had my second glimpse, my heart sank as i saw ALL the leaves are torn apart. oh godd, it took 3 years for this potty to grow to this size, in a split second all the leaves are gone. I'm just praying hard that it won't die with all the tearing leaves! sob.... sob..... my heart is as torn as the leaves. sob............
Keep reminding myself, hey, no attachment here pls! this plant don't belong to me. i can't bring it along if i die, right? so it's not mine. let go... let go.... let go.... nothing is permanent.... detach detach detach.... i feel better? well maybe... a weeeeeeeeeee bit (when i'm not looking at it). Why do human love to create pain for themselves i wonder? so if u ever feel sad when u lose something or someone, try this method, ask yourself: can i bring it along if i die? if the answer is NO, then there's NO need to feel sad because that something or someone won't go with you when you are dead! (i know, it's easier said but i'll try to practise... erk hmmm...)
heheheheehe.... me and my "chimalogy"! only me, myself and i can understand (hubby always complain: i don't understand what u're posting in your blog!)... hahaha... who cares?!

subject: "can't think of 1"

side view, with 1 other sister

This fellow makes me itchy!!! caught it chewing up my Aerides Odorata aerial roots!!! ishhhh!!!
anyone know name for this flower? As usual, too busy caring for my Orchid and neglected others that's blooming. it has a very sweet Vanilla+Jasmine scent.
there... i made this "orchid tree".
a "simply" made method for making an "Orhid tree":
1st, i simply saw a tree branch of bout 1 meter in height outside house compound.
then, i simply tied up few seedling Orchids and "bird's nest" plant with sphagnum moss onto the tree branch.
i thought it looks quite cool, yeah? took me only half an hour to make. thinking to make another one if i come accross any more nice branches @.@
One more bud open up from the Bellina... really nice scent and sooooo beautiful...mmmmm.. i wish i could post its scent here too... hahahaha....

tHis iS So daRn diFficuLt!!!!

"Just for today,
I will be patient to people who annoy me!"

oh goddd! it's easier said than done i think. "i don't want to be a hypocrite" i thought. second thought: "shouldn't i be sincere with what i do??"

Eating Fruits Correctly

Got the following article from an email. So i thought of sharing with everyone here. Most Asian consume fruits after meal while the Westener consume their fruits and salads before their entree. It's difficult here in the Asia i think cos fruits will be always served after lunch or dinner in local eateries. sometimes i'd ask the server to bring the fruits first before the entree and i always got a "?" look on their face. The only fruits picture i have. shot in Matahari supermarket in Jogja (^-^)

"Correct Way of Eating Fruits

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and
just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think It's
important to know how and when to eat..

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

If you eat fruit on an empty stomach, it will play a major role to
detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for
weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD - Let's say you eat two slices of
bread and then a slice of fruit.. The slice of fruit is ready to go
straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented
from doing so.

In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid..
The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach
and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You
have heard people complaining - every time I eat water-melon I burp,
when I eat durian (fruit from Asia with a foul smell yet delicious
flavor) my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running
to the toilet etc. - actually all this will not arise if you eat the
fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other
food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the
eyes - all these will not happen if you take fruits on an empty

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are
acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to
Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have
mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of
beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT
from the cans.. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't
eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only
get to taste.
Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you
should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because
you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.

You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits
and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised
when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium,
vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a
low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoid which enhances
the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon
cancer, heart attack & stroke.

STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total
antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from
cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.

ORANGE: Sweetest medicine, eating 2 to 4 oranges a day may help keep
colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well
as lessens the risk of colon cancer.

WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also
packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune
system. They are also a key source of lycopene - the cancer fighting

GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners
for their high vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber, which
helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good
for your eyes.

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer! Can you believe this??

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to

It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats
and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a

Should i blog about my past?

Been asking myself lately, Shold i blog bout my past? hmmmm.... considering very hard. i need feedback, please.....

Most breathtaking commercials i've watched~SIA's! Almost all employees love watching cos the ads project such a wonderful life u'd get flying with them. Obviously we were 99% wrong! Very very deceiving. Warning for the young girls: Don't get trapped!! I was the good example. Trapped for a good 11 years! If u're daddy to teenage girls, pls warn them before watching! it's just an advertisement! cos their life is not what u see in the ad! i've never get tired watching even till now. it's worthwhile watching cos they spent a fortune on ads every year. else.. enjoy the show (i mean ads) gals and guys, ladies and gentlemen!

A brief introduction about Singapore: cause Singapore is made of Singapore Airlines!

Above are all my favourite commercial by SQ, however there's 1 more in particular i can't get, it's an ad about a SQ girl getting down from a London cab in London. that's a very luring ad for young girls. If anyone get the ad, would u kindly share? Many tx!

My most recent favourite ad by SQ:

If u like old Singapore Airlines TV commercial (please.... i wasn't born then!):

"Now" is The Moment

Let go..
And remind youself that this very moment is the only one you know
you have
for sure.

Oprah Winfrey.

same day next week......

I'll be promoted to 大姨(auntie). hua hahahahahaha.... oh god.. doesn't that sound old? Nephew on the way! goddd! can't understand why am i more exited than my sis who's giving birth. especially for one who is not very fond of baby, (that probably explain why i don't have one at an expiring age! *-^) As this will be the 1st grangchild in the family and all are so exited about his arrival especially papa and mimi! who will he resemble, weight, hair or botak, blah blah blah... will be the questions of the coming week... Whoever he resembles, fat, thin, tall etc.. at the end of the day, will be so loved and pampered by all of us who are so "deprived" of bb.... hahahahaha...
Dearest 柏维, I wish u a happy, healthy, wealthy and spiritually-filled life ahead! May u have all success in life!

Beautiful Singapore Girl

Yup, Singapore Girl. No, i'm not trying to be suggestive. hahahaha...That's the name for this Dendro. it's the most beautiful shade of velvetty deep purple i've seen. Another very lasting breed. For some reason, i can't seem to capture the actual shade of color from this one. Its color is much much deeper than in the shoot. Let me fwd to Chan sifu for guidance. hmmmm... quite frustrating when i was shooting this. sighhh...

The Everlasting bloom

A warm welcome to the Orchidville....
This by far the longest bloom of Dendrobium that i have. very very lasting! can look at this forever, it is simply pure and innocent. matches with the white Koi in the pond! (*-^) favourite white after my white scented Cattleya!
This was the "surprise" earlier that i mentioned in "Bloom of the day",
true beauty it turn out to be. one of the reason i love Vanda it's that u can literally throw it under the sun and i don't even feed it (my secret of keeping Vandas *@*) and it will still bloom for u and it bloom for a loooong loooong time. Of course, i'll put it in a slightly shady spot when they flower... hahahaha.... Tx, Missy Vanda!

hey, i mentioned in an earlier post, it has one more bud by the side. i was wrong! it has TWO more buds! yay yay yay!!! yuhoo!!!

This one keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep blooming one after another (not that i'm complaining) and my favourite, it has the sweetest spot on the petal and sepal. Bravo, sweetie!

hahahahahaha.... laughing happily as my boy here? not really. after hearing complaints, at last i get some compliments too...hahahaha! why are people so bothered by others have to say i wonder? or is it just me? What is compliment without complaint and complaint will mean nothing if compliment does not exist! hahahahaha... (i have difficulties trying to understand my own analogy! hahahahaaha!) Heard some who have the same interest as me complimented that i have very nice blog full of beautiful blooms! guess i'm less confused now! so i can conclude this, one either love my blog or bored by my blog! hahahaha...
